Our summer of significance wtih the Hillsboro Library is nearly complete. Golden Road Arts has participated in 18 events with the Hillsboro Library related to the Library on the Loose program. Our final event is one more Library Card signup day on September 25 at Shute Park from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm.
The Library on the Loose program covered 16 local parks and included dozens of families hundreds of children over eight weeks.
The 2021 Hillsboro Library on the Loose program included the following young reader titles:

- My Forest is Green by Darren Lebeuf at Reedville Creek Park on Thursday August 12 at 12:15 pm

- White Rabbit’s Color Book by Alan Baker at Butternut Creek Park on Thursday August 19 at 12:15 pm
- Round is a Tortilla: A Book of Shapes by Roseanne Greenfield Thong at Amberglen Park on Tuesday August 24 at 5:15 pm
- Pete the Cat by Eric Litwin at Dairy Creek Park on Thursday August 26 at 12:15 pm
